-   Paid items are licensed for **one HubSpot account**, not for resale or redistribution.
-   Refunds: available via HubSpot Marketplace (30-day limit). Direct sales follow our own refund terms.
-   **Open-source projects (like FreshJuice DEV Edition)** are MIT-licensed, so you’re free to use/modify/redistribute them under MIT.
-   We’re not liable if something breaks; everything is provided “as is.”
-   Disputes are handled under the laws of **Spain (Madrid courts)**.

## Full Terms of Service

### Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals and businesses **aged 18 and over**. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

### Payments & Refunds

-   Purchases of paid modules, themes, or services are processed through HubSpot Marketplace or directly via our invoicing/payment providers.
-   Refunds follow the HubSpot Marketplace refund process (where applicable). Direct sales may include their own refund terms, communicated at purchase.
-   Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final after **30 days**.

### Intellectual Property

-   All modules, themes, and related content sold or distributed under FreshJuice are the intellectual property of FreshJuice, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
-   You are granted a **non-transferable license** to use purchased modules/themes within a single HubSpot account.
-   You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share our paid modules/themes without written permission.
-   Trademarks, logos, and branding remain the property of FreshJuice.

### Customization & Services

-   Any customization services are billed separately at agreed rates.
-   Work begins only after full or partial prepayment (depending on the agreement).
-   Deliverables remain FreshJuice intellectual property until payment is received in full.

### Open Source Projects

Some of our projects (such as [FreshJuice Developer Edition](https://github.com/freshjuice-dev/freshjuice-dev-hubspot-theme?utm_source=freshjuice.dev)) are released under the [MIT License](https://opensource.org/license/MIT?utm_source=freshjuice.dev).

-   For these projects, the **MIT License governs** usage, copying, modification, and distribution of the source code.
-   These Terms of Service **do not override or restrict** the rights granted under the MIT License.
-   Each open-source repository on our [GitHub](https://github.com/freshjuice-dev?utm_source=freshjuice.dev) includes a `LICENSE` file with the full license text and applicable terms.
-   Commercial modules/themes (sold via HubSpot Marketplace or direct contracts) remain subject to these Terms.

### Prohibited Use

You may not:

-   Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
-   Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute our paid products.
-   Circumvent licensing restrictions or abuse refund/chargeback policies.
-   Interfere with or disrupt our websites, servers, or related systems.

### Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use paid products immediately ends.

### Disclaimers & Liability

-   Services are provided **“as is”** without warranties of any kind.
-   We make no guarantees of specific results, performance, or compatibility.
-   To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshJuice’s liability is limited to **$500 USD** in aggregate.

### Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of **Spain** (EU jurisdiction). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of **Madrid, Spain**.

### Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
